One of the first towns we find in the southern interior of Catalonia is la Sénia, a municipality with an idyllic river and mountain environment for practicing different sports or, simply, taking a family walk along the different nature trails.

Proof of this story is that la Sénia is characterized by its landscape diversity, we can find ourselves in a plain in the middle of an immense sea of olive trees, like at the foot of a steep and leafy massif full of wildlife, or near a river surrounded by a large riparian forest that hides architectural remains on which the socio-economic history of the population is based.
